How long are your contracts?

GrazenFood plans are paid monthly subscriptions. We make it easy to start — and stop — your service at any time.

Can I download GrazenFood?

No. GrazenFood is a fully-managed web service. We do not have plans to make a downloadable version. GrazenFood does provide many standard methods for exporting your data.

How do I accept payments with GrazenFood?

GrazenFood payment gateway integrates with your current merchant account provider. Many Online ordering companies force restaurants to use their merchant provider with high per transation rates. We want you to keep the low rate you have alread negoiated with your current merchant provider.

How do our customers pay for their orders?

They either pay directly to you. All card payments are sent to your bank account directly by the payment processor. We help you to set it all up.

How much do you charge to process my orders?

There are no GrazenFood transaction fees or per-order fees. We do not charge these fees.

30-Day free trial?

That’s right. You can test ride our basic plan. I am sure you will be delighted with our App but for some reason, if you’re not satisfied, you can cancel the service. No questions asked.

How do I sign up?

You start with a free trial. We collect credit card payment and after the 30 day free trial ends we begin billing. If you’ve determined GrazenFood is not the right product for you, simply email us to cancel your subscription.

How do I cancel service?

Canceling GrazenFood is an easy and no-questions-asked process. It’s done by emailing [email protected] The request must be made with the email on your account.

Do we need to have a website already?

No. We can create a brand new website for you. If you would like to keep your existing website. That is fine. We will just integrate the order online button on to your existing website.

Do we need to purchase our own web hosting?

No, hosting is included, no extra charge. Our framework is a hosted service. We take care of the technical up-keep, so you can focus on running your restaurant and making your customers happy!

Can we make updates to our website?

You’ll have the ability to log in to the dashboard and make edits anytime you want. Our dashboard is super easy-to-use. Or, we can make those updates for you! Just shoot us an email and we’ll take care of it.

Are there any contracts or long-term commitment?

No contracts, no commitment. You can cancel at any time.
